HertsPRO Ltd offer an efficient Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and
floor-plan service to estate agents and lettings agents across Hertfordshire, South Bedfordshire and
North London.
Our prices to agents are very competitive, enabling you to make a profit on each EPC. We invoice agents monthly or we will
take payments direct from your clients if you wish.
Our online ordering system makes the booking and management of EPCs easy for both sales agents and lettings agents alike
and acts as a database of all your EPCs for future relettings or resales.
How does the process work?
The process has been designed to meet the specific needs of estate agents and goes like this.
When you take the instruction from the vendors, you tell them that they will be contacted by
HertsPRO Ltd to arrange a date for the energy assessment and to take payment, either by card over
the 'phone or by picking up a cheque when we do the assessment. Then;
- you login to the client area of our website and enter the instruction
- you will immediately receive email confirmation that a HIP has been ordered
- we will call the vendors to make an appointment to do the assessment (and to collect payment if you wish us to)
- you will receive another email confirming the date the EPC will be available
- once the EPC is issued you will receive it immediately by email
