Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
All commercial properties are required to have a valid EPC when they are sold, let or sub-let. We provide EPCs for level 3 and level 4 commercial buildings.

Every commercial building in the country that was built prior to 1987 should by now have had an Asbestos Survey, but many have not.
Failure to comply can result in large fines and having your building closed down until deemed safe.
If you are selling or letting a commercial building your purchaser / tenant may require to see the Asbestos Management Report.
Most pension and SIPP operators now require an Asbestos Management Report prior to transferring a property into a scheme.
